Return and Refund Policy
Return Window We offer a 30-day return guarantee. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds.
Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- In the same condition as received, unworn or unused
- Tags intact and attached to the item
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return Please contact us at fashionam01@outlook.com to start a return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and detailed return instructions.
Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Associated Costs Return shipping costs, customs duties, and any other related fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed. Additionally, the customer assumes all risks associated with the return shipment, including damage or loss in transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt to minimize these risks.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover any of the following, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and make it right:

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item separately.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it.
- You will be notified by email of the inspection result and whether your refund has been approved.
- If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Additional time may be required depending on your bank or credit card provider.
